February Online Meeting

  1. What about using Karelo or similar system for collecting credit card payments for races? Did we ever get what the costs would be for individual races? Are we looking at doing this at least for the cup series? I know there was questions on whether or not to provide a discount but I think we should look at it regardless of discount.

  2. This should be under "old news", but have the participants that are being moved in their respective categories been notified?

    This should probably be done before licenses are purchased.

  3. Shawn, yes we will use Karelo so people can register online. We could do the 4 for 5 costs on the Cup races and split the payments among the clubs. We'll keep the $25 for cup races, $100 for the series, this year and this could go up right away. I think we can wait a little longer on the individual registrations as clubs may need a little time to establish their costs.

    BBC - will need review last year's results to see who should move up. We also need to let those that qualify to race elite that there will be a category for this as well.

  4. Thanks, also, just to let you know BBC is a co-op of 3 of us, no more one man band, so it could be Greg, Carl, or Mike posting with the BBC name.
